Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund if processing or shipping has already begun.
Printing services may be cancelled prior to the start of production. Once production has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, especially for customized or bulk orders.
Refunds for cancelled orders or services will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Customized printing services, digital downloads, and clearance items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel specific items within the order. Refunds will be issued only for the cancelled items, provided they meet eligibility criteria.
For bulk or corporate printing orders, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, production may have commenced and cancellations may not be possible.
International customers may cancel orders within 48 hours. Please note that shipping and customs processes may limit cancellation eligibility once the order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review order details carefully before confirming. Incorrect specifications or errors provided by the customer may not qualify for cancellation or refund once production begins.
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM to assist with cancellation requests. Requests outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
